Resorts World Catskills Offering Delicious Meals and Deals as Part of Spring Hudson Valley Restaurant Week
Diners are encouraged to check out top restaurants throughout the region
Monticello, NY – Resorts World Catskills (RWC) announced today Cellaio, the Italian-inspired steakhouse by Chef Scott Conant, and Lotus, which combines elegance with a truly inspired menu of authentic Chinese delicacies in a fine dining atmosphere, will be offering special prix fixe menus as part of Spring Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, which runs from Monday, March 20 through Sunday, April 2.
Cellaio is offering its Restaurant Week menu on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option of adding a pasta supplement for $15 and a three-course wine pairing for an additional $30 per person. Entrée choices include a broiled petite filet, a roasted chicken or salmon.

One can enjoy the Restaurant Week menu at Lotus, featuring shrimp stir fry, sweet and sour chicken and other fan favorites, on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. A wine pairing can be added for $20 per person and guests are always treated to full tea service to make the experience even more genuine.
Either restaurant is offering a three-course dinner for $44.95. Beverages, tax, and gratuity are not included. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, which positions the Hudson Valley as a culinary capital of the Northeast, is sponsored by Valley Table Magazine. 149 restaurants from Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties and beyond are taking part.
