WIN/LOSS STATEMENT REQUEST

2023 Win/Loss Statements are now available for download by logging into the Player Portal.

Players can visit Genting Rewards during normal business hours with a filled-out form and valid state-issued photo ID to obtain their win/loss statement.

If this request is not presented in person, please mail the form, along with a copy of a valid state-issued photo ID, to:

Win/Loss Statement Guidelines:

  • Win/Loss Statements will only be processed for the current tax year.
  • All requests, whether received by mail or in person, will be processed starting January after that tax year.
  • All requests that are mailed must have a copy of a valid state-issued picture ID.
  • One request form per account number.
  • Win/loss statements can only be requested by Genting Rewards members.
  • Those requesting a Win/Loss Statement be mailed to them must include a self-addressed and stamped envelope with this request.
  • All other Win/Loss Statements will be emailed to the email provided above.
    Please ensure all information is clearly written.
